Shipping internationally? You need ISPM-15 compliant pallets. Our heat treatment process ensures your pallets meet international phytosanitary standards for wood packaging.
We're a certified heat treatment facility. All heat-treated pallets receive the proper IPPC stamp indicating they meet the 56°C core temperature requirement for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Standard sizes typically have a 3-5 business day lead time for quantities up to 500. Custom sizes or larger orders may require additional time. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Can you match our existing pallet specifications?
Yes! Bring us a sample or provide detailed specifications and we'll build exact replicas. We can match dimensions, board counts, material types, and construction methods.
What's the minimum order for new pallets?
We have no minimum order requirement for standard sizes. Custom pallets may have a minimum order of 50-100 units depending on the specifications.
Are your new pallets heat treated?
Heat treatment is optional and available for any new pallet order. If you need ISPM-15 compliance for export, simply request HT treatment and we'll process your pallets in our certified facility.
Can I get new pallets with my company logo or markings?
Yes, we can add custom branding, logos, or identification markings to your pallets. We offer stenciling, hot stamping, and paint marking options.
What warranty do new pallets carry?
New pallets come with a quality guarantee. If a pallet fails under normal use within the first use cycle, we'll replace it at no charge. Damage from misuse, overloading, or improper handling is not covered.
