Transportation FAQs
What is your delivery lead time?
Standard delivery is next business day for orders placed by 2 PM. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 10 AM (rush fee applies). Scheduled recurring deliveries can be set up for any day of the week.
Do you deliver outside Central Texas?
Yes! For large orders (truckload quantities), we deliver throughout Texas and neighboring states. Long-distance delivery pricing is quoted based on destination and volume.
Can you deliver to locations without a loading dock?
Absolutely. Our box trucks are equipped with liftgates for ground-level delivery. For flatbed deliveries to locations without docks, we can arrange forklift unloading or deliver only if you have unloading capability on-site.
How do I track my delivery?
You will receive an email confirmation with estimated delivery window when your order ships. For same-day rush orders, you can also receive SMS updates and can call the driver directly.
What if I need to reschedule a delivery?
Contact us at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery for free rescheduling. Same-day changes may incur a small fee. Recurring scheduled deliveries can be adjusted with 48 hours notice.
Do you offer pallet pickup along with delivery?
Yes! Our Exchange Program allows us to deliver fresh pallets and pick up your empties or damaged pallets in the same trip. This is the most efficient option for businesses cycling through pallets regularly.
What happens if pallets are damaged during delivery?
Our drivers will note any pre-existing damage and get your signature on the delivery receipt. If any damage occurs during our transportation, we will replace those pallets at no charge.
