Pallet Repair FAQ

Common questions about our repair services

How do I know if repair is worth it vs. buying new?

As a general rule, if more than 40% of the pallet needs replacement, buying new may be more cost-effective. We'll always give you an honest assessment and quote for both options.

How long does repair take?

Standard turnaround for in-shop repairs is 24-48 hours. On-site repairs are typically completed same-day. Rush service is available for urgent needs.

Do you repair all pallet types?

We repair most wood pallet types including stringer pallets, block pallets, and custom designs. We don't repair plastic or metal pallets.

Can repaired pallets be heat treated?

Yes! If you need ISPM-15 compliant pallets for export, we can heat treat repaired pallets. Note that using untreated replacement wood on previously HT pallets requires re-treatment.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

We stand behind our work. If a repair fails under normal use within 90 days, we'll re-repair or replace the pallet at no charge.

What's your minimum for on-site repair?

We require a minimum of 200 pallets for on-site repair service. This makes it cost-effective to bring our team and equipment to your location.
